Welcome to CCOCoaching! As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, I partner with organizations and individuals to cultivate the environments, mindsets, skills, and actions that take you to “your” next level.
Prioritizing a collaborative and culturally safe approach to engagements, I leverage over 15 combined years of experience in executing communications and change management strategies; developing and facilitating leadership and EDI training; and coaching in various professional settings to support my clients.
What I know for sure, is that when authenticity and diversity are embraced as strengths – both organizations and individuals can be their best.
